Is my Payment Safe And Secured?

There are Many ways to make payments:
* You can come to our base to pay cash.
* You can do bank transfer after we send to you the invoice.
(We recommend sending to us the payment snippet so we can start the printing process)
* You can just ‘Pay now’ from the invoice we send you: Input your details and click ‘pay’,

What are your working days and hours?

We operate from:
Monday 9am to 10pm
Tuesday 9am to 10pm
Wednesday 9am to 10pm
Thursday 9am to 10pm
Friday 9am to till sundown
Saturday is Closed as we observe the Sabbath
Special holidays is by appointment

What if I want to bring my own Garment to be printed?

Sure, you can bring it to us with your design ready for printing and we will be basing our pricing on the Add-ons category plus $5+gst for pressing.

What are the prices of your prints and t-shirts?

What if the size and style of my design is not on the above selections?

That is not a problem, you can send us a message with all the details of what you want for a free quote.

What style/kind of Cloth or garment do you print?

We print on almost every garment available out there as long as it can stand up to 160 degrees heat under the flat heat press. For example, 100% Cotton, 100% polyester, 50/50 blend, Hoodies, Crew necks, Jacket, Caps, Duffle bags, Blanckets, pillow cases, Robes.

What printing method do you use?

We use DTF printing technology that can print up to 60cm wide up to whatever size you need.

What are the other ways you print on garments?

Not at the moment. We will be updating this soon.

What garment do you not print on with DTF printing?

We normally don’t do Beanies: Anything with a thicker wool/fleece material as it will be flattened by the heat press and it would not look good afterward.

How long will it take to finish my order?

Normally this will take around 1-2 working days if we have the garments in stock ready for printing.
If all the sizes and colour of the required tees are in stock, around x80 – x100tees could be done overnight or the same day if the design is ready for printing and payment is recieved in the morning, order will be ready in the afternoon or evening.

Are the garments in NZ sizes, and who are your garment suppliers?

Yes, All the garments are NZ sizes.
We normally get our garments from ASColour, Bocini, JBs wear, Premium Apparel and Cloke.

What events do you normally supply for?

We supply for:
Work wear
Sports wear and uniform
Company uniforms
Personal branding
Funeral tees
Party wears
Birthday wear
School uniforms

How do I make sure that my printed garment lasts long?

For the Garment:
Please follow the care instructions that are attached to the garment.
Mild wash and tumble dry.
For the print:
Please invert the garment inside out upon washing.
Iron the inside of the garment to avoid from the print to make direct contact with the heated element.

How long will it take for me to recieve the parcel if I use the courier in NZ?

For t-shirt only: If we have the Stock on hand, The will be shipped the next working day.

For t-shirt with print: Once we recieved the 50% downpayment of the total invoice, we will start the printing process like ordering the tees and print the design. We’ll let the client know when done with the full payment upon collection. If courier, will be picked up by courier the next working day.

For DTF Printing sheets: The DTF prints will be shipped the next working day after we recieved the payment.

NOTE: Once the parcel is picked up by the courier personel, it will be out of our control and the only thing we need to do is follow-up the courier company.
