A4 & A3 custom T-shirt printing prices
Choose your preferred T-shirt brand and print size. Prices below cover one T-shirt with one printed design, sizes S–3XL, using available styles and colours. An A4 design is approximately 20 × 30 cm; A3 is approximately 30 × 40 cm.

Choose A4 for many smaller to medium front or back designs; choose A3 when a garment’s printable area supports a larger graphic. Final dimensions may vary with your artwork and garment size.

DTF transfer printing prices per metre in NZ
Need printed transfers without garments? Our DTF gang-sheet service offers tiered pricing for print-ready artwork. Each metre uses a 58 cm-wide × 100 cm-long layout. Minimum order: one metre. Garments and heat pressing are not included.

Preparing your artwork for DTF transfers
For the transfer-only metre service, supply your artwork in a printable layout that fits within 58 × 100 cm per metre.
- Transparent background; no unwanted coloured rectangle.
- 300 DPI at actual print size for raster files.
- Accepted formats: PNG, PDF, PSD, EPS or AI.
- Let us know how many metres or repeat sheets you need.
- Blurry or unusable artwork may need correction.
Artwork arrangement: $15 + GST
The arrangement charge is a separate published service, if you need us to arrange suitable artwork into the print layout. More involved editing may require a separate quote.

Do your T-shirt prices include the garment and printing?
Yes. The A4 and A3 T-shirt tables are intended for one eligible T-shirt and one print at that size, for sizes S–3XL. Additional print placements, larger garment sizes and other services cost extra.
Are the prices GST-inclusive?
The primary prices shown are in New Zealand dollars excluding 15% GST. The tables also show the GST-inclusive equivalent for easier budgeting.
What does an A4 or A3 print mean?
On this price guide, an A4-style print is approximately 20 × 30 cm and an A3-style print is approximately 30 × 40 cm. Final dimensions are adjusted for artwork proportion, garment size and printable area.
How much extra are 4XL and 5XL shirts?
The existing printed T-shirt guide adds $2 + GST per garment for 4XL–5XL, where the chosen style and size are available. Ask for a quote for 6XL–13XL.
Can you print on my own T-shirt or hoodie?
Yes, subject to an assessment of the fabric and suitability for heat pressing. The currently published bring-your-own-garment formula is the relevant print price plus $5 + GST for pressing. For example, an A4 print and press totals $15 + GST.
Can I add a back print, pocket logo, name or sleeve print?
Yes. Additional print areas are charged separately. Check the extra-placement table, or email your preferred combination for a total quote.
Is printing on hoodies, crewnecks or polos available?
Yes. Garment and print prices vary by supplier, style, size, number of placements and quantity. Request a tailored price before ordering.
Are bulk T-shirt orders and work uniforms cheaper?
Bulk orders are quoted according to garment choice, sizes, total quantity, artwork and placements. Contact us with a breakdown of the garments to receive an accurate bulk quote.
What is a DTF gang sheet or DTF transfer metre?
It is a print-only sheet of ready-to-press designs. The published printable layout is 58 cm wide × 100 cm long per metre. It does not include garments or heat pressing.
What file format do you need for DTF transfers?
Use a clean transparent-background PNG, PDF, PSD, EPS or AI file at 300 DPI at the finished print size. Blurry files may require correction before printing.
How fast can I collect my printed garments?
Some straightforward jobs with garments in stock may be completed within 1–2 working days. Larger orders, stock availability, artwork amendments and courier delivery can take longer. Confirm your deadline before payment.
Do you deliver outside Auckland?
Yes, courier delivery can be arranged throughout New Zealand. The Print Minister is based in Wattle Downs, South Auckland, and local collection is by appointment.
What if I need embroidery instead of DTF printing?
Embroidery pricing depends on garment type, stitch count, placement and quantity. Contact the team for an embroidery-specific quote.
